Crown materials
- All-ceramic / all-porcelain — the closest color match to natural teeth, metal-free, usually the choice for front teeth
- Porcelain-fused-to-metal — very durable with a close shade match, though a thin dark line can sometimes show, so it's often used on back teeth
- All-metal — the most durable option, at the cost of a natural look
